Chinese Style

Here I am, an absolute rookie, off to do a painting on Chinese Folklore! I dont know head or tail of that style. Anyway I looked up some pictures and figured out a 'Tao' of that style. Tao = way. Here is a sort of sea nymph floating over water, in a powerful wind. Later I will add other characters to the picture.

I will have to come up with something about her hairstyle which looks more like Victorian now. Also I have an itch about the lower part of her dress. Any suggestion is more than welcome.
