In the January 2006 issue of
Drawing: American Artist, someone came across some of Bridgman's lecture drawings. They looked EXACTLY like the drawings in his book. Truly mind blowing! He did them the same way; looking up with a bit of charcoal at the end of a stick. I mentioned it
here and included the image from the lecture. However, the image no longer appears and going to American Artist's website yields no picture. Can't find it on Google either. Gonna have to dig through my old issues to find and scan it.
(I'm not saying one artist is better than the other, it's more of a testament to both artists' abilities. I'd kill to have a 1/10 of either their abilities.)
