Nice recent sketches. The arms from the elbow to the wrist seem to bend unnaturally though - a bit like rubber. Other than that, nice work.

Cool anatomy studies. It'd be great to see more finished pictures from you. You seem to have lots of imagination, so put it to good use.

And by all means get a pen tablet, painting with a mouse is painful.

Wow...Your studies are great. I think you must be learning more from yours then I am mine. One thing I will say though, on your last one, the hand seems wrong. If you look carefully (at least on mine) the hand isn't actually centered on the arm, its actually shifted so that the pinky is almost in line with the arm, and the thumb joint is further out.

sweet you're still going, great. Hey now...don't worry about your star rating so much. Someone might come in and drop it because they don't think you deserve it...but it doesnt matter. Is your goal to get stars based on recognition, or to become a great artist and to keep trying? Stars can motivate people! but to be honest, I don't find a lot of value in the system. Mine fell to 3 and im human, it bugged me, but I shook it off because that can't be what motivates me The big reason I accept it is because it helps you dig up that inspirational work! however there are also the exclusive sketchbooks...

That was long, sorry! Any tablet is better than no tablet - the only reason i was against the small one is because my hand would always hang over the edge of the small size. If you can afford it, get it, because you will love it more than you know with your attitude to keep going.

you should study some animals take a break from those human parts

Jakers:Ok its all as you said it, thank you .I have to start some animal anatomy etc but keep in mind that i am also working under NDA on character designs, but the sure thing is that i have to do animals so i can expand my artistic horizon .Now about the tablet i see fog in front of me.I started spanish language lessons and i will need monthly money to pay them.Ok anyway ill see what i'll do

Its just that i am currently working more for the studio i am working and i am under NDA so i cant post
I also have exercises for university including(woodcut,sculpture,painting)+ the spanish language lessons i recently started

You understand how hard it is now to add more things to the schedule

Just some morning coloring studies that i did in photoshop.
I played with a system of adding hard dark lines giving volume in some places and after that i played with color adjugments making something like a backlight giving some metal qualities i think

Ok i did a quick enviroment by using photoshop and a photo that i used to take some surfaces as texture. This is called photomanipulation? dunno cause i just use some small parts, you will see and will understand.

I've been out of the loop a while with a lot of personal things happening...I am still picking at art though and I'm going to get more up soon! I still have motivation dont worry haha.

I'm impressed with the variety of things you are trying, such as the last landscape. Its fun throwing something in for a base because you then build up new forms that you wouldn't have made from your head. I like the one you made, though I would tilt the figure to the same angle as the buildings or else the city feels as though its leaning.
