Here is some images from a personal projekt where I am trying to expand the visual library in my head and establish a metod for painting fast
The images below took 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours each. They are meant to a General, a noble and soldier.

police all part of the same religous society.
The second row is a dancer, an noble and a rich traders wife. .. C&C more than welcome

you're brilliant mate! really brilliant. I can feel the cultural influences in the clothing, awesome.

I think it is good that you try to build up speed when painting BUT I think it is more important to focus on getting it right first. Try taking your time to really understand and take in what you are painting. You are doing a great job but try to build up a little more crispness and clearer edges in your art.
You should of course focus on speed as well but a solid foundation is critical as well ^^

This might just be personal preferences though ;p

    Cheers mate, keep rocking

wow! awesome sketchbook man. All these characters are wonderful! My only think I notice is that they seem a bit stiff. Maybe play around with your lines a bit to get a more fluid motion; with more of an s-curve if you know what I'm trying to say. Changing your shapes also helps. Don't be afraid to exagerate proportions a little bit. I'm really like the rendering and use of colors though. Great work.

Your characters are awesome, great, excellent, you know. But then again I'd like to see some enviros with them, as right now they seem like your weakest point, though theres only a few, like 3 images with enviros here.

Anyway 5 stars + bookmarked keep it up.

I dunno what but something about the book in the third piece I really like. I think it is the simplicity of it. Look into it ^^

Also, great clothing design as always, keep sharing

I really like the diversity of your character designs!

Watch out though, a lot of your figures are suffering from tiny head syndrome!

Youve got some really great stuff here man. You have a great sence of sci-fi and just general creativity. Some of the things, though, look a bit off proportion wise. I could be insane and seeing things, but some things just look a bit off. Not that I can comment, your stuff is definitely more on than mine! *laughs* great work, and keep it up!

very interesting to see some environments from you mate, I dig the atmosphere in them and the theme.

the first one is very cool but feels a little flat to me. The buildings seem more like stage scenery than a real city, to me that is.

The second one I like a lot more, very nice atmosphere. I would like to see it fading to a more blue;ish tone in the distance (or something or the other^^)

    Keep kicking it man!
