Your rendering is really solid, it's just that the shapes and forms you are rendering are not unified. In other words, your figures don't have convincing proportions or gestures. It seems like you don't have a clear idea of what you want your figures to do, as if each limb has its own action, instead of the entire body uniting towards one pose. I think what would help is a combination of life drawing and using Anthony Ryder's "The Artist's Complete Guide to Figure Drawing" as a study guide.
