i voted Corrick, although the fish really didn't seem frightening to me at all. Second was yadam. These pieces set back pieces where you can get a good vantage point as to what is going on appeal to me.

Corricks goin for another win. Jeez man.
ALso I've got to say that Piecemaker's piece is pretty awesome, even though it got a little down sized, and I would love to see it with more work on it.

Despite the many, many fantastic entries this round, I do have to say that if it came down to just one vote, I'd go with Yoitisi. Flawless illustration. I was blown away.

Texahol, thanks? I'm thrilled by the style you've got, but I want to see more of the action! Pull back!
Matsign, you'd be frightened if you knew what they could do... oh yeah... terrified.

heh yotisi and piecemaker and mitze for me, liked the overall feeling nice nice

yotisi lovely desings...uhm...i liked what in my immaginary is the classic dark night...but that iwould have never expected flying cause it was so heavy eheheh it was kinds strange for mee seeing it riding through the air over a dragon..with the eyepatch!!! ahah very cool..and the flag which reiforced the feeling i had of this very classic dark knight... on the other side the flying horses ehehe i really liked the contrast...genuinity of the whole piece...the only thing is didn't really think i was in a battle...probably cause the knight was so dominating the scene...dunno...=) hope it makes sense =)

Corrick, Pepps: Thanks for the kind words . Pepps, actually the Pegasus rider shoots at the dark knight with a bow, but it got kind of lost I guess. Wish I'd had time to color it.

shame Alti's piece didn't make it in to the poll..

I gave out a lot of votes this round. Great works all, this felt like a tricky challenge.
