Hello all. A longtime lurker and recent poster. Thought I ought to post some artwork if I was going to offer constructive crits.
I'm a freelance illustrator in the first year of real work. I'll have two books with my work coming out the summer of this year. I'll post work from those two projects down the line.
This is all mostly older stuff from my portfolio. I hope you all are merciless with your critiques.

awesome atmospherics in the space pieces, especially the asteroids. the downside is the texture you've used for the first piece and the kim-jon-whatshisname piece are too distracting. welcome to the boards (finally)

The asteroid piece looks great. I can only think of the "I'm so ronery" song when look at the Kim Jong Ill one though.

Cheers Albert. I just checked out your website, and you sir have a very keen eye for composition. I liked the second one down, with the orange cloth, the most.
