Nice pencils, I've seem this before on your website I think.
A few little crits,
the main girl, her right elbow and tricep look a little twisted compared to her hand position and the arm also seems a bit short.
Her bent left arm looks good, very powerful, except her forarm detail looks a bit anatomically wrong.
The girl on the right looks cool, but her expression is a bit soft compared to her hard muscles and tatoos (not enough attitude )
The background also looks a little flat.
Cool pic though, well done.
