Based on the pose you have, her left leg should be longer than her right otherwise she looks like she is about to fall over.
Nice attention to detail in the armor
just wanted to also mention that she may be a tad too short. good luck!
yes, it's ok.
I'll correct it in Photoshop it's easy to do with.
Thx a lot!

There's still something going on here with the hip anatomy that are rather odd. The placement of the armor on her pelvis suggests it's facing 20 degrees further to the right than the placement of the legs suggests. A lot of the form disappears into the background as well. You might consider adding a bit of rim lighting to unify the figure once again. It's an omnipresent danger with plate armor that it wants to look like a pile of parts rather than a single suit. Little lighting tricks will help with that.

can you explain me more your lighting idee?

Rim lighting refers to adding a background light to the figure so there's a more clearly outlined silhouette. This can be done by cutting the figure out of the main layer and moving her to a separate one and adding a light behind her for example. Right now the entire thing is too dark and the outline of the figure is getting lost in the dark background. I also think adding a main light source and a shadow might push this up a good knotch. I'm not sure what he meant by the armor parts looking like a pileocrap or a single unit...
This reminds me very much of a painting of an armored guy I saw on CG society a while back.
If this is really your first digital painting you're doing awesome though, keep up the great work![]()

I like it. One thing I would mention is that the face in the painted version looks a bit flat. There doesn't seem to be much variation in tone between the sides, or much in the way of shading at all. Maybe this is because her tattoos / henna mask the shading effect, but.... regardless, I like the piece.
Here's a quick paintover I did to show you what I was talking about. I hope you are not offended, it's just that some things are easier to show than tell. You're doing fine, just keep at it. It's common practice to add another light source behind and to the side of the figure to be able to give it a strong silhouette.
