This is a piece I worked on today. For some reasons the colours look quite washed out compared to the printed version of it, although that might be my monitor misbehaving. Any critique would be much appreciated.

His left leg looks dodgy. The rest of his body looks well balanced and seems to be in a firm stance but that leg seems to float in space rather than stand firm. I think maybe you need to move his hips and right leg a tad to his right then lengthen his left leg slightly. He seems to be casting a shadow to his left but the light seems to be falling on him from his left, which makes no sense- define your light source. I would make his head slightly bigger. Keep working on it.
Sized up the head a little, tried to fix the light. I see the legs are a bit wonky, but can't really figure out a solution... Maybe turn the foot towards the outside a little? Plant the feet firmer on the ground?

Just a quick comment on his outfit - I feel the harness buckle should be higher, basically sitting between his lower pecs rather than it's current location. It seems off, and I think might be a bit uncomfortable!
Style wise, I think that with a very loose render like this, the background should be different. I'd personally suggest a more abstract approach to the background, bar the ground around the figure, as well as making sure the figure really jumps out towards you by tweaking the colour.

Harsh crits? Love to oblige
The problem with the feet won't be solved with moving it around a little. The pose is flawed on several levels: First, would a half naked, masked, dual sword wielding guy just stand there like a sack of potatoes? It's boring and out of character. Secondly, the gravity is all wrong. It looks like he's trying to lean over on one leg, like you would when looking over a ledge.
Your anatomy and proportions are also off; the legs are too long, the arms look like putty stuck together and the chest muscles don't work the way you've drawn them. Don't try to do this stuff from memory, you're not ready yet. Instead get some good reference and practice, practice and practice anatomy some more.
There's no light source, the lighting is inconsistent or lacking entirely. There are some good tutorials on the forum that can help you better with this than I can.
Also, the rendering overall is muddy. The background especially, which is also a bit too abstract. Try using a greater range in value, and block in the colour before you get into details. Always make sure the lighting and overall form are correct first.
Hope this is usefull
