Like those last two spreads, good design or composition or whatchamallacallit on 'em. Resonating stuff, ya know? And the paint job is nice, especially on the left page of the second spread. The page with the ink work takes the cake for me, always had a thing for strong b&w's.

Looking beautiful, man! I haven't had enough time to watercolour as much as I'd like... Gotta correct that!

These spreads are looking fantastic as always.

    a la bapsi: Thanks!
Bill: Thanks! I've been thinking about doing that. Maybe I'll have one for Comic-Con one of these years.
IanE: Thanks! I know how you feel. I've been working so hard the last few months, I haven't been able to paint as much as I'd like to either.
Max Challie: Thanks! I found your post very useful for my big fat ego!
    TheGnoll: Thanks!
    Brun: Thanks!
Clochette: Thanks! Those paintings on your blog look awesome by the way! I'm working on a comic right now! It looks like it'll be done sometime in 2010 (yeash!) but I might be able to start posting some sneak peeks this summer. We'll see how things go.

I did this last night. The model had this funny antler headband thing. I excluded the headband part because always look better as hybrid monsters.

Every once in a while, I get the idea that I need to put together an Editorial illustration portfolio. Here are acouple of examples.

The "speaking what's in your heart" one is perfect, probably the only way to do that topic properly. As always, great work. You should do up an editorial cartoon portfolio, it'ld probably get you some good work. Cheers!
