petitemistress: thank you though![]()
here a progress:
going for more of monochrome feel? i like the colors of the first post a lot more, i think you shd stick to them...
also, watch the strokes on your background trees, specifically that one on the right...
i like the tones on the first one more than this purple one....
You are a child of the universe,no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

hmm, it seems I'll have to find a compromise between those two colorings... I need to reach an midnight atmo, which is imo missing in the first one, but you're right, the second one is bit too purple
thank you both![]()
imo the purple actually brightens up the piece and furthers itself from that kind of atmo
the first one is much prettier
Regards
and I just love both![]()
Tydal, Zain: thank you both!!!!
here a progress... hope I got there an atmo again....
This is coming along!
I would significantly decrease the saturation of the lamp. It's so bright it's distracting and it's effects on the surrounding environment don't reflect it as being that bright.
Transversely, I would increase the saturation of the girls wings and use that light to show more detail in the shadows on her left side. She is the focal point and i wish I could see more of her details.
Rock on!![]()
...my humble and uneducated opinion.
