nice sketchbook you have going on here, and I'm glad you found this site and decided to return to art. My only crit would be to draw from life a little more if you can, the photoreffed studies can be useful, but they eliminate a lot of the learning process (as I'm sure you know).

I love your mule painting, the marks are very lively, but very precise. It's a pleasure to look at! For some reason I'm fascinated by the back ground elements at the bottom, they're almost like a mosaic.
