Nice characitures... if your doing character concept studies like 'crab man face'... its handy to drop in a few basic construction lines first.. like center, eyes and mouth lines. Helps keep your character balanced : )
i like them all)) very nice works
))
Yeah I don't know why you're scared - your work is very engaging and enjoyable to look at. The demon up top also shows you've got a great grasp of anatomy. Why not move into the digital realm and attempt to work on a landscape or finished drawing?
really nice here man love your style. and good linework as well. all i can say is push your darks a bit more in your paintings so you get more defined values and better contrast.
To live is to create, to create is to live. Without art and music, I do not know how I would get by in my day to day life.

I knew you would rock. Now I'm totally inspired. You know, angry with myself, and inspired...

Damn funny faces!
I want to see more entire characters, not only heads.
But i love it![]()
lmao, your one of those ppl that i would get mad at because they used line paper to sketch, but here it's way more than an exception because your so damn good! Nice stuff, though.
gr8 sketch work. I really dig the sepia.
excelent syle!...you can jougle with both a cartoony and a realist aproach! And combine the two. Lovely expressions on the carricatures! Mental!

I like your characters! I prefer the ones with single ink, like this one http://www.conceptart.org/forums/att...1&d=1203028553
It works better with less line, you loose something by adding colors. Or, you should make more straight edges!
But very nice lines!

I don't know why you'd be nervous about posting you've got some nice stuff. I thought I'd be looking at this thread to give a noob heck for using lined paper, but instead I'm just going to ask that you post more.
Nice stuff.
updated and added 3d stuff in first post *bump*
Really nice stuff! Those models are awesome!
The dude with the jet pack has some weird thing going on where the yellow harness meets the red shirt. It looks less like the shirt is tucking under the harness and more like it's a clay shirt that has been squished into the harness.
Other than that this stuff is really good!
Hey man. Caught you here! Need more new stuffs!
All-around sweet work man. Checked out your site and read you're at BlueSky. You might have known a friend and classmate of mine, Rachel, who was a background modeler on Ice Age. She's now at Dreamworks.
Anyway, I love how much personality you've captured in your models. Ace!

Thanks Robert. That's high praise coming from such a skilled artist as yourself. Here is another doodle from tonight.
