The Ultimate Bad Guy! What does he look like?

Ok, this is something I've been thinking about a lot!
What does the Ultimate bad guy look like?

I mean, just oversizing a dude, giving him a big ass machine gun really doesnt make him look like he could take on an army on his own, or even make the same army reconsider the fight?
So what does?

I have no answer to what he should look like, I only have a few examples of bad guys that I think has some of the characteristics I'm looking for.

So help me put the pieces together! And post your version of the Ultimate Bad Guy!

Lobo

Judge Dredd

Death dealer

Marv

To this list I could also add Till Lindeman, singer in Rammstein. He looks sortof naughty.

I'll gladly join in to represent the awesome, weedy, suave but creepy baddies (I'm thinkin' the Master, Magneto, or maybe half-life's G-Man-esque)

is judge dread a bad guy? I know he may do some bad things, but doesn't he do what he does for good intent. Yes, he is defenetly egotistical and full of himself, but that does not make him a bad person.

Well, no, I wouldn't say that Dredd is a bad guy.
What I meant was that he has some of the characteristics that I think is typical for a really bad dude.

Anyho, I say challenge away and begin the posting!

Personally I dont think Spawn is such a bad guy. I mean, sure he is, but he doesnt look like it (too much marvel muscles). And thats what this challenge is all about...

yfront, i agree and i disagrea, lol

, spawn is again like judge dread and so many more comic book heroes. Actualy is there any main comic heroes which the actual story/comic is based around actualy bad, if anything its the oposite, thats why their called heroes. The real bad guys people should focus on are the sub characters, like joker, penguin, green goblin, hook

etc..etc....

Here's my favorite type of baddie: scheming, normal build, but with something deadly up their sleeve (i.e. evil mosquitoes, telekinetics, that kind of thing)

Lobo - He destroyed galaxies after he got The Mask (the same one from the movie of that title), murdered how many people, killed santa claus, and even made US sit through the horrible game made after him.

Well, I imagine Marv being quite a mean fellow. My personal favourites are the
ones that can crawl inside of you through an orifice of your choice and squirt
lethal liquids thus killing you from inside without you knowing anything about it
until it's too late.. like this guy, he may look rather harmless, but once you get
to know him closely, he can be quite a bad fellow.

Dunno though, I'm the new guy here
