    Romans United

Some months ago I did quite a few illustrations for a couple of White Wolf books. The books are finally on the stands, so I can show and tell.

I had a fun time doing these and discovered a few new techniques in the process. I did 19 portraits for Fall of the Camarilla, where I got to illustrate lot of Roman vampires.

I also did 5 for the new Scion book; just your usual gang of historical characters and creatures.

I really like these. There's something interesting about how you geometrically plane the figures. The dramatic angles are very effective, also.

    Great work!

Your faces seem a bit odd, like everything's been squished beneath the forehead...actually, looking at it again, that could be due to the fact that your characters tend to have very, very vertically-short noses.

Good work on the texture, though.
