Hi I'm Andy Butnariu, a romanian based Concept Artist/ Freelancer. These are some of my drawings, I'd be very greatful if you leave a comment or give some advice on how I could better myself, I'm still a newb and anything helps

Yeah, I like it all. Sweet stuff man. The comic panel stuff is the best ( the dragon on the computer and the zombies ). But it's all pretty sweet. I like the faces in the last post too. Do you do a lot of graffitti style work? That's what it reminds me of...

i did alot of graffitti when i was a kid, but the job got stinky at a point when the police were on my tracks and i was kinda Wanted (note to self never do graffitti in mid-day ).. ) so i quit it but it still has a strong influence on my works.
oh and the last portraits were done for the Level magazine ( a game magazine back in Romania ) portraits of the editors...

I like your work! I laughed when I saw that picture you returned to after two years; you really have improved, and I agree!! I'd like to see you study more life drawing, or draw caricatures from people you see in cafes, the street, etc. Draw from life and ye shall succeed!

@ Euphemism: thnx for the advice ... now i never get bored while i'm in a caffe ... tho people don't appreciate that they are being drawn too much (avoid punches while drawing like this) =))

man, ms mult pt commentul din sb-ul meu. o sa incerc sa-ti urmez sfatul. am tot zis ca-ti las un comment, dar m-am luat cu alte chestii si acum am gasit timp liber. imi plac tare mult digi-urile tale, in special cele in stil de banda desenata. critici nu prea am, poate doar la proportiile zombie-ului ala(picioarele cam scurte). la astea de pe pag 2 se vede ca ai avansat.

translation: man, thanks for the comment on my sketchbook. i'll try to follow your advice. i saw your comment, but had no time to reply. i really like your digital pieces, especially the comic style ones. i don't have crits, maybe exept for the zombie (which has short legs). i can see improvement in the pieces from page 2.
