How to upload pcitures?

How can i upload pictures? When I click on the button ("insert image"), it shows me this: http://i.imgur.com/BwL02kA.png

Hey!

This is not the way pictures are uploaded here.
Go to "Go Advanced" (Post reply panel at the bottom here) and then click "Manage Attachments".
The rest should be self explaining.

I'm now here - http://i.imgur.com/zrGVuR5.png. Where should I do next? I try to close windows and then click on the "Submit reply", however it doesn't work.

go advanced, click on the paper clip icon-new window will open, browse (find your picture), upload (check the size first with the list bottom of box.Close window. Then click on the arrow next to the paperclip and then your image name. Done.
