Nice update. Group them all together for better viewing
The Devil chick doesnt look as Cracked out as what I though you wanted but its a great character. I like the Texture & Design on the sword in her hand. the hilt is simplistic but appealing design.

Nice update loren. The one thing thats bothering me is the outline on the chin aswell as on some other flesh areas, I feel its flattening them a bit. Also don't be scared to get some more colour variantion in there!

Good work, see you soon lovebunny!

Agreed with everyone else! Great character renders, haha I particularly like the mage~

Just a small crit, on this one, how her right leg is skewed to the side; not quite straight. Other than that, this is fantastic! :]

i think if you added some more dramatic lighting to the characters it would help. otherwise they look really awesome! cool designs.

ow I have been following your posts on the gorillablog but haven't seen your sketchbook before.
love all the characterdesigns you pull outa your sleeve. especially flying chainsawgirl is awesome. and the last batch has some great colors.
the left hand of the last character looks weird to me but that's all I could nitpick about them.
some more of your pencilsketches would be cool to see.
    great work!

I love this characters color choices!!
Its to bad you didn't have much fun with the character. His pose and expression make him seem unimpressed but the painting its self is still pretty good.
There is a bit of dark outline. Its not really a flaw as fair as im concerned, it just makes me curious as to how well that would allow a character to be inserted into a Background.
Glad to see more work man, love the characters.

I just found this thread, and realized that despite meeting you in San Fran in 06, I don't think I had ever seen any of your work. I like the variety of your characters, and your style is distinct.. a good thing. Maybe work on the dynamism of your poses a little more? I'd love to see more use of texture as well. Keep it up!

Dan - Yeah you're right, it's nto all that bad, hey? I guess i'll just have to do it with another character, because I think I like her better this way, anyways. thanks for the comment, see you at the sketch group!
Adam - Yeah, I'm really having some issues with that area. Thanks for the help, sweetie pie.
    D@niel - Hey thanks, mate!
DANKS - Thanks! I kinda like her, too!
Shalite - Thanks for the crit! I see these people of asian girls sometimes and thier legs can do some wacky things, but it does'nt really look right in the painting, huh? Cheers!
Emily - Thansk for the advice, old buddy!
Psuedocognition - That means alot to me! hehe, assymetry is what I'm all about, ever since I saw LL cool J walking around with one pant leg rooled up, maybe? hehe
monotony Oh, wow, I'm amazed you can remember me from GorillaArtfare, there's too many guys out there that totally outclass me. I feel kinda special right now More chainsaw girl coming soon. Hopefully a ton of sketches when I get a new scanner, too.
wookiedabo - Wow, what a compliment! Can't thank you enough!
Dan (again ) - Yeah, the outline is killing me. Next batch that's what I really want to focus on getting rid of.
Bohemian Chaos Yeah, you were in the neighbouring dorm, right? I'm getting a bit tired of the simple poses also. there's gonna be more of these though, so I'm trying to do alot of sketching with mroe unique poses
    Ashab - Thank you, monsieur!
Hive Mind - Fantasy females are my favorite! hehe. Thanks!

    Hey everyone.

I really like your character designs! My favourite is the furry red haired guy with long ears. His pose is dynamic, and the design looks good.

    Hey man!
The Collab images looks great, the flowers on the dress are a nice touch. That bird kicks ass.
Not sure if my judgment is off today but it looks like you ,minimized up the dark outline around the knight. Nicely done & I still love his colors
A band of females who play naked in wet...in water. This is a hell of a concept
You say this is a bit rough but it still shows a cool little moment.

Nice result man. The patterns on the out fit definitely give the overall costume more interest as opposed to a single area. The staff disappears a bit before if goes behind the torso, perhaps the material of the clothing is not reading well to me.
I like that subtle sex appeal using the thigh hip connection. Might distract her opponents
