Hey!
I'm just curious if there's any way to buy cast sculptures to study from?

It's a little limited, but Dickblick.com has a few hands and face parts models available. They're under Educational materials, anatomical models.

Giust gallery has the best quality. And IMO most of the statue.com casts looks just horrible. I would go with sculpturehouse, sculptshop or giust.

They seem to have a good balance between usefulness, quality, and price.
