Don't know why no one's commented yet. x:

    Ooooh.
Now this is interesting. I really like the first drawing, just really, really, especially the backstabbing guy's knife-brandishing hand. I also like this one, not sure why; the colors are nice and calming, and I personally find the incomplete parts intriguing (it's prol'ly just me and my noobish ways). The lady's neck in this one is sorta bugging me, though maybe it was elongated intentionally, 'cos I noticed a tendency of exaggerated characteristics.
Anywho, I'll be keeping an eye out for this thread. :<

Really exceptional stuff, man. Can't critisize at all!

Can't wait for more. I really like your more 'comic' pencil-sketches too ( in addition to the mesmerizing digital art ).

I saw your work in Imagine FX not too long ago. It was certainly among some of the better stuff in there. I think your finished pieces are beautiful, but how's about showing off some more of your sketches? I'm certain there must be more pencil work to accompany all that incredible digital work. Can't wait!

Cool stuff! It seems like you have a solid base of anatomy and are using it in an interesting way. The most striking are the expressions and the hands. Looking forward to seeing more.

You have some awesome work going on here; the first piece especially. The expressions and the body language (the grace with which that hand holds the knife...) are wonderful.

In your last post, I agree that the black and white versions look better than the colored version, which looks a little flat. I think it's partially due to the lack of a highlight for the eye, and the tattoo, which doesn't really look like it's curving with the forehead.

Aye, DeKal, first time seeing any of your art work, and what's identified is that you have the ability to draw natural, fluid poses in all of your characters - a force to reckon with the paintbrush. In the black and white portraits of the woman, the 3rd sketch is the best one - she looks enchanting, though the shadow cast by the angle of her cheekbone could be softened. Your style reminds me of an artist named "Eurayo" on here, who has his own sketchbook called "Eurayo's Crab Gumbo." Your entry for Medusa is an archaic serpentine queen - a combination of darkness and the ivory roots of humanity.

I've never asked anybody on CA before, but would you be interested in posting some of your art on a rap music forum with an artwork section? The forum is called Rapflava.com, which I've been on since around 2004. There's a great community of rappers, poets, musical audience, and short story writers. If you have time, I'd like for you to register and showcase some of your work in the art section. Have a good new year - I'll be back when the moon rises again.

    Keep doing you
