Hey , really nice stuff. Sounds like an ambitious project but man are you putting the time and effort in. really like all the creatures.

On some of the characters, you need to watch your proportions. On the character wielding the hammer; his arms and legs don't quite match and you've forced the hands and feet into uncomfortable positions. I know those finer details are'nt really going to effect project. But for future work, it might be something you want to look out for whilst you work.

Keep up the great work, would be nice to see some sketches and wip if you have any.

flatliner: Thanks very much fro the crits I really appreciate that. Will definantly keep what you said in mind for the future as this project is more or less done...for now that is.

RandAlThor: Yup all by myself, I feel so lonely *sniff*. Thanks man, glad ya like it!

Ex Nihilo: It will, cheers man!

chras: Thanks Chras! Glad you like my work!

Hive_minD: Im definently not 'there' yet with poses. Getting there I think, but not there. Will need some hard work on that this summer. Cheers man!

Anyway, that was a nice surprise to see so many people comment on my work! Really happy some of you like my stuff! Thank you!!

Ive been super busy with compiling all this stuff into a presentable format for uni. Gotta print this stuff out and make it into a book and probably a PDF. Finished the level story as well, even though its only a couple of hours long. Now I just have to finish my report and its finished! HIGH FIVE!

Next on the agenda will be a LOT of drawing for my drawing and composition module, and creating some special effects for a Star Trek space squid thingy. Then its onto the last mother of all these, which is worrying. The animation. *gulp*

Thank god for that, the 10 000 word report is finished! Wohoo! To celebrate, I painted something completely unrelated to Zindarz and had a bit of fun! One evenings work.

    Enjoy!

The Mutant Eel of the South Seas had been hunting our vessel for well over 5 days. It got what the damn thing wanted! Our livestock and most of our crew.

That thing might be scary, but where it makes up in ugliness it lacks in intelligence... we think its time for a little payback!

    ---------------------------------------

Again, just having some fun, might take this sort of idea into my drawing and composition module. Could have spent a lot longer on it, but think it shows what I initially wanted. Thanks for looking!

Holy crap! This sketchbook is awesome... I didn't really know what to expect in the beginning but your persistence and devotion to this project is inspiring and it was a lot of fun to look through. I'll definitely keep my eye on this one!

    Crazy Pills: Thank you!

Doing a lot of sketching in my skethpad lately, but no scanner yet until I go back to uni, so will have to wait to upload some actual pencil drawings.

    Heres another one:

''Man, those mutated monkeys back there were freaky''

''Your telling me bud, they seemed docile though so we should be cool''

    ''I hope your right''

''Shouldent be long now before we reach the main site. This place gives me the fuckin creeps.. I mean its one th-''

he stops and looks up at a massive cage that has been ripped open.

''wow wow, wait, something big got outta there!''

''Shiiiiiit, that thing must be toug- WOW WOW! CONTACT!!!!''

The beast comes from around the corner!

Thanks a lot guys, really appreciate the nice words . Dont hesitate to point out my mistakes though.

''Well, I guess our only option is to go through the aquarium''

    10 minutes later

''hmmm, dont seem too bad so far...''

Jenkins looks nervous as he trails off behind, staring into the aquarium through the thick glass panels, studying the small monstrosities that once were ordinary fish, and now turned into freaks of nature. The other two keep talking, ignoring the tiny fish. Thats when Jenkins spots it...a huge silhouette in the distance of the tank.

    ''...Ohhh Shit! GUYS!''

He runs! Trying to grab the other two in time but the Juggernaut pummels through the water towards the cracked glass!

Thanks for droppin' by my SB.

    Latest painting rocks. Nice work.
    Cool, crazy concepts all around.

You're getting a good grasp on colour. You should post some anatomical sketches, because there's definitely room for improvement and I think any weaknesses can be easily spotted in sketch form.

    Keep posting the great work!

Hey, thanks for replying to my question. Your creature studies are interesting, not to mention they stand out. They all remind me of starCraft, I real enjoy the way you color your beasties. Look forward to seeing more!

ResidentSamurai357: Thanks man, glad you enjoyed them. Probably not a great thing that they look so much like starcraft stuff mind you. Ill try to be more original. Cheers!

HunterKiller:Thanks HunterKiller, ill upload quite a few figure studies and life drawings soon, probably in about a weeks time as I havent got a scanner here, its at university and am away till next week. Your totally right of course, theres allways room for improvement in anatomy I think whoever you are and im far from amazing at that just yet.

Ex Nihilo: Thanks Ex! Ill try to keep it sped up!

Heres another anyway, kinda rushed parts of this one, need to get a move on with these, deadline is looming

''There Both Dead Sir... I cant keep running through this madhouse! I need evacuation! NOW!''

    *Muffled voice over radio*

''What do you mean the missions complete!?''

    *Muffled voice over radio*

    .......

''A set up?... you fucking set us up as some kind of walking poison meal time!...I cant believe what im hearing...''

    *Radio goes dead*

He looks up towards the giant growth as it slowly moves through the Zoo.

    ''This Aint Good''...

The soldier now knows he has some kind of poison seeping through his veins to test on the beast when it devourers him. Thats why it wont stop chasing him and his now dead crew.

    .........

He looks up with new found determination and anger in his eyes.

''RRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! This aint over yet! Im fuckin coming for you 'sir'! AND IM BRINGING A BIG FRIEND WITH ME!''

Ok heres the last of the digital Zombie Zoo pieces. (There the freaky scary ones ive been posting lately)

Jenkins has lost his friends when the giant fish attacked and flooded the aquarium.

He wanders about the Zoo, without a gun. He lost that back there too. There must be an exit somewhere!

Thats when he spots it, far off in the distance he can just make out the sign for EXIT. Something large is blocking the only path though.

As he walks closer he realizes its an elephant, which is sitting there not moving an inch. Hmmm, it must be dead.

    ....

Then it moves, lifting it head and revealing a jawless maw. The virus has given it a more lethal appearance with a set of tusk like protrusions along the trunk and claw like hooves!

IT CHARGES! Awakening the rest of the zoo...

    Its over...

    For Jenkins.

LOL it can be a good thing that they resemble starcraft beasties, but i still think they have your own personal style... I mean you clearly have no Zerg or protoss in your mix of creatures so do not fret! =] Your last submission, the Elephant kicks ass..
