A quick idea for animation. A generic shack.
Hi, Just took a look over the last 4 pages and sampled back a few as well. I really like your original cartoony style...your color sense and style is original and vibrant too.
If you're not already...I'd suggest continuing with caricatures from real life like I found on page 6...not just faces but caricaturing bodies too...it'll help give your original characters even more authenticity.
Keep up the great work!

The zoo piece looks a lot better! I can definitely see the boy a lot more and the tiger's paw is in the same motion. Great job! I'm loving the tigers and the colors of the shack. Really awesome stuff! Looking forward to more!![]()
Ta very much to both of you.
Jephyr, you're right, and I'm slowly getting into more caricaturing now. Particularly of friends and not just celebrities (who have really strange faces), so they'll be helping more 'realistically' if that makes sense. Really enjoy your work!
Aresa, thanks heaps for your feedback on the zoo piece, it really helped me out.
For now; the marker sketch that went on to the digital drawing above, and two more Avatar fanpieces because I'm a huge smelly nerd.![]()
Really diggin your last stuff bro.
Beautiful style
More please !
Avatar !Keep em coming.
Thaaaaanks!
More sketches.
Yay, markers! Monkey stone so good.
What kind do you use?
Wow, I really like that one of toph, it has great energy. Your colors are so beautiful and vibrant, I wish I could even attempt color and have it be a fraction as good as this.
So dynamic and funny chars! Like ur style very much!)) Keep it up!
Thanks heaaaaaaaps you three! I've decided you're all awesome people and have sent golden-plated high-five statuettes to each of you. Should receive it in the mail in 3 weeks.
But for now... DRAGON BORN!
Observe while listening to this:
God damn your SB is full of cool shit! It's always well worth to check what you have been up to lately ^^ I'm waiting for Skyrim already eventho i haven't even finished Oblivion yet
oh well...
anyhow keep them comin!
Thanks heaps!
More vikingness.... and a dragon.
love your stuff man. especially the marker pen stuff. really energised. love it.![]()
There's so much fun stuff in here! I love the shanty-homes and the floppy men
Your posing is really fun and all your stuff is super dynamic- gotta love it. And I'm always a sucker for all things Airbender- I can't wait for the new mini-seriesit's going to be awesome!
What a fun SB.
I really liked your animations. The snail one I went, "Noooooooo!!!!!!" and then, "Yes!" as it was funny. Same with the Portal robot making the hole too small.
When you exaggerate you life drawing, I feel you're going in the right direction. Capturing the essence is the name of the game and you're getting there in spades.
Exactly what Black spot said! your stylization seems to capture life and motion so effortlessly. Cloudcan is biased and would like to see more digital renders, too ;P
Hey you! Yes, you! Crit me!

Thanks very much.
jon n: Thanks! Markers are so quick that it's really easy to keep momentum and energy going through til the finish.
Rhubix - Thanks, I can't wait either!!!
Black Spot- Thank you very much. That animation was fun to do hehehe.
I'm glad you feel it's the right way to go, as it's definitely the most fun.
cloudcan - Cheers! And that's not biased at all. It's such an important tool in the industry that I really need to get back into. Thanks for bringing it up.
Adrian - Thanks heaps haha.
And tonight, some renders of Kadlin, she's rigged and ready to go, so just playing around with poses and expressions.Any feedback would be great, though I don't have time to go back and redo her rig or anything (gotta push onto the animating itself), but it's always good food for thought.

Aaaaaaaand one more. Hate to see Kadlin like this, but she needs to learn to be careful when parkour'ing. D: She's so fiery and quick tempered that she doesn't stop to observe what she's running into.
Hey
Thanks for stopping by my sketchbook bro. Your criticism is really appreciated.
I love how you manage your colors.
Also those 3D poses looks awesome.
Keep blown our minds sir. =)
cheers
Ooohh!!
Amazing 3D render above!
When you get the final animation done, youtube it and embed that bad boy (girl) into this sketchbook!![]()

The CRIMSON DAGGERS
Hi man!
Loving the new digi-paints...the creeky old building, the weapons, the girl and her pets, your original color and design sense...really all of it.
Since I have some Nordic blood flowin' in me veins I especially dig the dragon dood and the cute little feller in #401!
I used to do 3D in Maya 5 years ago...have forgotten a lot I'm sure. Anywho, your girlie Kadlin looks good and her poses feel natural.
Good schtuff! Glad you like what I'm doing...let's get GOOD!

Wasabi: Thanks very much! You rock.
Kaminski: Thanks! Will definitely embed here.
Jephyr: Haha, cheers mate, Nords are really cool and therefore you must be too. *clinks jugs of Meade together*
Agh! Spamming my own SB, CAN'T STOP MAKING THESE BUT IT'S 3AM >_< Goodnight!!

Looking good on the action poses. I must get back to my animation very soon, like yesterday.
Love your marker sketches! They are so fluid and full of life. Great work with the 3d renders! Are you doing those on your own time or for an assignment? I've always wanted to render a character in 3D, but the software is so confusing...haha! Fantastic work as always! Will check back for more!![]()
I always find myself browsing your sketchbook, and never knowing what to really say.
But I really like your colour combinations and the fact that you work traditionally in this stylized way. Thank you for sharing!
edit: So i'm not the only one doing art at 3am o_O good night to you as well!
Great sketchbook *-*

BlackDelphin: Thanks heaps.3AM is the way it's at, it's currently 5:40am when typing this, I woke up at 4am because that last 3AM session knocked out my body clock a bit hehe.
Fernteixeira: Thanks heaps! Love your SB.
KT: Thanks, I use maya. Answered in their SB too.
