I love this.
I think the Tattered coat is a good idea, but I think you should have it draping not only over the back, but coming down frontways. maybe even taking it so far as to hood the figure, making it more mysterious

Oh! and a crit, that tube that's coming from his head to his shoulder seems a bit short, like it wouldn't allow a far enough range of movement, I would give it a bit more of a curve =)

Hood was a good idea IMO. Adds mystery as posted by twitch. Maybe adding a backround will really bring this to life.

Sweeet, turned out very nice, I don´t know if u´r finished with as is, but if anything to change it would be giving him more (darken) shade in the non liten areas of the right side. as it seems the light source is far of, and the blu light only has it´s limited lightspace.
