I know, I know I have to work on the hands, arms

Now that I see it up here, I see more booboos I took a long test in school today and lots of housework, I'm a lil sluggish. Not to mention looking at the monitor Fucks up my eyes  ooh Pardon my language

yea, when images are scanned and enlarged onto a monitor that's perfectly manufactured pixel per pixel, the booboos tend to stick out...
Keep sketching away, but I think you should get looser with your pencil... block in simple shapes and be really really sloppy... this will help you get your probortions just right
once you get the proportions you can go back in and shade it as a sketch.. or you can trace it for a finished piece..

Yeah sammys right ..take this sketch and trace it with another paper.. also to help with your shading trace that also... heck also trace just to trace it will help with your forms....

I think you just need to try and focus more on forms and shapes. It can be exhausting at times, but the payoff is worth it. Also what Sammy said, get looser and more free with your hand. I'd use a lighter pencil to do the construction then go over it with a softer lead to define everything. Looks like you might be pressing really hard or using a soft lead.
Keep at it!
