Hey you have some nice work

I followed your newborn entry and must say that I like it

A little bit different take on phoenix or maybe different than I expected. You should put a little bit more work in some of those painting so they look really finished. It's nmot that I don't like them how they are but with a bit more work they could be even better IMO.
Anyway, keep up the great work and this balancing cup on butter piece is cool

last ones pretty nice! but i think you have to check the angle of her legs, this way she seems to have a very very wide hip.
The head infront seems a bit weird to, not sure what it is though, probably because his head is so low it looks like he is crouching on the ground and i think as his head is even closer to the viewer than the woman's his head should be slightly bigger anyways.

I love your pokemon! I'm doing something similar right now, 'cept it's cutesy versions of scary video game characters and vice versa. But I like your idea better.

Those realistic pokemon are really fun, I love stuff like that! Maybe a few studies would do you some good, but there is definate improvement evident in your sketchbook. Keep drawing

my only suggestion would be to hit the lower leg/hands too on those studies you're doing. hands are second only to the face for ability to convey expression, of course.
