A couple people had asked for it, and it'd be a crime not to share it. Here's the OC session with Insane Visions and Wes9000. Enjoy.

Ha ha, good shit Baron. Keep 'em comin.
Thanks Capprotti - We are almost neighbors, I live in southern Ct near NY. GO GIANTS!
I tried to get your wpe but it didnt seem to work <:/
these things are great i went through the entire thread and grabbed all that were still live links. I think there is almost no better way to learn than watching the drawing in almost real time.
if anyone cares to have a look - here is one i did for the DSG "old fellah in the wine cellar"

Well Baron we have a couple hours between us, but grab a string and two tin cans, and we wouldn't even need a phone. Ha ha, nice job with an extremely random subject with the old man in the wine cellar by the wayThe reason my last oc didn't work was because it was an OE3 file. That's a WPE file from Open Canvas version 3.03. If you can find that (it's on this thread somewhere) it'd work. It'd probably be good to have, because I've found a lot of OE3 files one here. Either way keep on sketchin!!!!
just trying out what i learned from looking at those wpe people have posted which are beneficial.
heres mine : -
the wpe file is here http://savefile.com/projects.php?pid=793040
thanks in advance.

It's far from being the best representation of what I can do, but watching all the event files here, I just had to upload one of my own. Sorry to any of you who have already seen it in my sketchbook thread...

Bum..
Been doing more and more 'painting' in OC (even though this image doesn't demonstrate that yet). I so love this program.
Obviously not finished, so I won't post the wpe unless someone wants it. Will post again when it's finished.

my portion of the page from a massive canvas that me, calle, evil and waronmars were all on.
hey all,
just a q?
how come when i use the blend tool nothing seems to happen?
(open canvas ver 1.something)
(yup i'm a noob)
RE: Blending
Hi Dementiak, I noticed your issue bout the blending option not doing much, then i adjusted the three sliders located to the right of the brush size box, they have the effect of setting the blending strength the effect of the colour next to the pixels under the brush and also the strength of the canvas colour, adjust these sliders and your notice very subtle blending. Alternatively set the brush opacity to somewhere around 25% and sample the colours from colour a first, paint over colour B, then sample this intermediate colour and paint over colour a.. you get the idea. Hope this helps..
RandAlThor thanks for the reply!
i will try that out.
(i did try the sliders out myself before but got very little blending out of it, if any.)
thanks
edit: wait a minute, i think i asked the wrong question! sorry.
i meant the blur tool (it has no 3 sliders) only a size slider.
and it doesnt seem to do anything at all. (except for maybe 3 pixels of bluring but no blending)
so from what i gather from your (RandAlThor) reply is that i can use the normal brush tool and just fool around with the sliders and i'll get the blending result i'm looking for. thanks again

What better way to say hello to a new forum than with Open Canvas?
New person I am to this forum. Quick background check.. All I've done is draw a lot in my past. I could do so much more, but I am a lazy person. Lacking work ethic is my greatest flaw and the reason, I feel, why I am not 'as good' as well.. almost everyone who really peruses this place.
Anyway!
Sorry, no thumbnail

I was planning on drawing an alleyway background in the same neon line on darkness model the character is in, but.. I was/am lazy.
Warning: You're welcome to wander through the root directory, but please be aware that there are terrible pieces of notArt there and I hold you solely responsible for any offense taken, not that it means much.
