Hi Dustin, Your Sketches Are Very Good, If You Clean Up The Lines On All Of Em Using a Thin Eraser Or A Pointy One, That Would Help. On The First Woman- Her Right Cheek Looks Like Theirs Something In Her Mouth, smooth it off a bit?
The Second One: Work On The Hip/Groin Area, Have Someone Model For You maybe, That Might Be Fun!

*I Like The Priest The Best, Just Clean Up The Lines. and Maybe Relax His Right Arm Against His Body A Bit, and That's My Perception, I Have To Work On Something Myself Too
