This is my 4th painting in oil. I saw Miyazaki's "howl's moving castle" and was inspired by the movie. I was visiting a book store and ran into ts production focus book. This painting is from that book, its a background matte in the movie but I did it in oils. the original movie background is in water colors.
Size: 24'X12'
Medium: Oils
She is the cat lover and cats loves her! No matter what she does to them.
You are really trying out everything, Sony. Extremely varied body of work, in style, subject, and medium. Pretty useful, I'm sure.
Those 'graffiti' pieces show some nice varied line weight and some nice rendering in general. Try to adapt the same in those characters! And you can always exaggerate or stylize some of the anatomy, but be careful. For example, different arm sizes of the girl in #36 looks a bit odd. Otherwise nice characters, I like the last one most.
Nice bunch of sketches on the previous page. I like the "spray monster", if ever you can find it again ;s
Keep at it! Says you're an art director on your profile, I'm sure you must be diverse. Nice going, show more!

oh wow what a COOL sketchbook, I loved looking through this, every picture is so interesting. I love the little scratchy environment studies, I really would like to see more of them, the countryside one with barn and green fields is excellent and all the swirly lines one, I love swirly lines, infact I sometimes kinda think I am a big swirly line.
This is great keep on showing us goodies =0
congrats on not being boring!!
You got some nice pencil work here. I like the drawings and designs a lot. Keep sharing

tnx for the comment in my sb,
some interesting work you got here, really diggin those rockstudies, traditional paints and vehicles
With your characters you seem to have a more cartoony approach towards them, it fun to have an own style but try to do some anatomy studies too they will benefit your realistic characters and your more cartoony ones as well.
anyway great stuff so far so keep it up ^^
The work you do that is similar to the "filler" piece seems very unique to me. I like looking at them.I agree with polydrawer, some anatomy studies will help benefit your figures. Good work!
Thanks for the comments guys.
