1st off FINISHED!! (I know I kinda updated it, but 100 creatures now offically done (though I plan on a few tweeks before the deadline), that was an awsome exersize, and well worth all the hours of sleep depravation!.

frixon: Cheers bro, theyre all provisionally there now (Will increase the size when Im done too, but will have to split em up as as they are they're too big to attach all at once), I plan on paying more attention to my favourite ones and will hopefully get round to that and posting em soon.

frogSweat: Thanks buddy, thats what it's alll aboot. And I generally leaf through ImagineFX when I'm in WHSmiths, but can't reall afford it at the mo....need more work!! (my mag is 2Dartist as A:Im in it lots with the old stylized animal challenges, and B: I get it free when I do good in the challenges).

GriNGoLoCo: Gracias amigo, I dig your stuff too.

AK86: Thanks man, and awsome your from up here in the sunny north too!...I dont go to Preston much, exept when the damn trains are cancelled and I have to get the replacement bus there!

zweiDee:Thankyou, they were loads of fun to do!

tensai: Really glad you like my humble doodles, I actually really need to work on my colours, but it's cool you dig them

Stylized goodness for the month (there's a bit of cow influence with the old clinical white in this one):

Just wanted to drop in and wish you luck with placing in the COW contest and getting money towards a CA workshop. Those workshops are very helpful. Your 100 critters turned out very nice.

Cheers cold, glad you like the lil fella.

Jakers: Thanks man, some of the stuff here is for my folio, some is practice and exploration, some of the little characters I do for a character design site called Mojizu, but it's almost all just whatever I feel like doing at the time..no real theme as it were

playing a bit with the IDW, hopefully get round to finishing the puppy:

hey man, sweet droid, though to me its a little hard to make out at first, maybe because its stylized? and loving the creature, makes me think of dino from the flintstones haha, saw your 100 monsters entry, very good, bet that fun to do and very tiring haha

frogSweat: Dude...I went to check your new work, and there is none in your SB...SORT IT Cheers for the comments...yeah that puppy is inspired by a few stylised futuristic designs...I guess very loosely on Giger and others, I'm going to overhaul it a little if work isn't too hectic before the deadline. And yes...the creatures were actually pretty fun to do, I went through a touch patch in the middle, but by the end was loving it again.

I started life drawing a few weeks back after a few years without it....it's been fun to go none digital and play a little bit (real life is scary without Ctrl+Z though...I need to get rid of that crutch!), should really put some good effort into traditional experiments:

Hey, cool looking stuff. I would say that your linework is your strongest point, and your cartoon design too. You know how to put lights very well with perhaps some minor issues. The part that I don't like that much is the backgrounds, the backgrounds compositions and the colors (sometimes are really good like in 51, and sometimes they are not like in 41). You also haven't post almost non figure work with real proportions, and the one you posted seem a little bit too worked out, had some mistakes, not clean boarders and wasn't in perfect proportion.
I think that perhaps you should post your awesome cartoons in the "it's finally finished" forum, and the drawings with some flaws in here.
    Cheers.
