love the painting with the scouting girl, dude!
here´s a few suggestions tho, hope you don´t mind the overpaint.
i think your picture is too saturated everywhere, less saturation and contrast the greater the distance.
added some color variation to the sky, and tried to clarify the shadows on the girl and the electronic box thingy.
dunno how useful my O-P is tho, haha.

Indeed image is to saturated, but it is effect of experiemnting with colors rather than my intentions.
I'll add more differences to colors in near future, something like your overpiant.

Sweet mood man! All though add some smaller tree on the background, cut the composition a bit. You've got some left upper corner directed line that messes things up. Some contra direction shapes could do good. Good fluids around here

on that last one, i actually like the original sketch more. it has a nice value scale, creature scale and separation of materials. painted is fine too, i just prefer the original

you have a very good sense for colors but I would recommend putting more textures into your environments.

Great sketchbook man!! Such an interesting variety of subject matter! Loving the hunter and queen of the vines pieces, though the giant in the hunter piece looks a little out of proportion, and slightly detatched (possibly due to rendering / colour?). Seconding Kan's opinion here, just imagine how queen of the vines would look with a hint of gnarled wood texture to the vines.
Nonetheless, keep up the great work!!

Your digital look pretty good m8 , but you cant rely only on that , you need to fix your problems with drawing and proportions and other basic stuff , if you omit that i will all come back to hunt you later
