    Dark eldar Archon

just something i am trying to work on for fun, it is a dark Eldar Archon from the table top game "warhammer 40k"

any crits and comments to help make it better as well as improve my skills would be much apreciated, particularly in regards to shading and size ratios.

i didnt plan out the body, and iv been focusing on it far too long, so cant really tell whats wrong with it at this stage (need to go to bed)

    cheers!

The tip of the character's right shoulder horn thingy is tangential to the ponytail, creating a really bad edge tension. Either separate them or overlap them, but don't leave the edges kissing like that.

homebopy also has a short leg problem.. anatomically speaking, if hid waist is between the two long dreds of hair, then his legs are WAY too short or hes kneeling.. cuz his lower half just seems to stop a bit too soon. make it longer..

as a guide, keep in mind that the wrists are usually located JUST below the waist and hips.

also, his left upper arm [holding the staff] is rather puny and thin.. compared to his big forearm and hand. proportion man.. get the anatomy correct. - JAG
