    *Blows dust off of sketchbook*

So I disappeared for a few months as I was working at Rare as a concept artist, that's pretty much over now, they 'axed' the whole team T_T because of management 'stuff' they can't move forward until that's sorted so they had to let a lot of people go, oh well! Learned a lot there and made a ton of friends!! Got to talk and see Void's work up close and personal. Want to wish him all the best at his new job, that kid is insanely good at what he does.

    rumpenstiltzkin> Thanks for looking!
kischi> Thank you, not far enough, could work harder :p
MattGamer x2> DUDE!! Thanks for the support dude, hopefully it won't be so long between updates. Hope your eyes have recovered.
    xxPurple Nugxx> Cheers.
Flaskpost> Hahha yeah, place is massive Hope your doing well, need to check out what you've been busy with!
    pixel cheetah> Thanks, will do!
flurry> Sup buddy! Yeah, get to colouring stuff if you haven't already started! Catch you soon.
LAL> Thank you- I like your avatar
Bendragon> You missed out on that Dr Sketchy's, was really good, I think there's another coming up in a few weeks, see if you can make that Hope all is well at blitz!
Vritra> Thank you for the stars!!! so not worthy.
LM.> Cheers, need to get back into more life drawing/Trad D:
Charles Ratteray> Thank you Charles, appreciate you taking the time to comment!
    MikeOB> Why thank you, Mike!
Aberzheim> ART MUSCLE x1000, holy crap dude your portrait painting has levelled up a lot since I last saw you paint! it was great seeing you and the crew last week. You and Call0ps need to give me paint lessons!
Call0ps> I can't get over how amazing your Japan sketches are!! I so badly want to take trip out there, maybe we can all go on asketch holiday? LOVE your pencils, need to get on to some digital stuff now :p Thanks again for the books, I owe you big time!!
AustenFM> Hey Austen, thanks for the continued support even thought I'm not worthy. Hope your kicking art in the balls!

    On to the arts:

    Satellite soda book stuff:

These two were the final pieces from a few thumbnail ideas I had:

I think they're over 6 months old or so, I've now realised how stiff the poses are in them D:

Here's some of the thumbs/ideas that didn't make it:

Book can be purchased at Brand studio press or the Nucleus gallery website.

Really digging your work! Toilet paper head man with huge cleaver is awesome!

I hope you post more. I missed you and those lovely girls you paint with such amazing saturation.

Sweet colors here and here. Do you see these girls on the streets sometimes, or are they all in your magazine collection? He he.

RARE! You worked for Rare who created Banjo Kazooie and 007 Goldeneye! Ahhh!!

mega update there, and more stuff i didn't see in the book
not sure you want a crit, but i can't help it. When i look at your epic environments i sometimes catch myself saying, i really want to see what this looks like if i was on the ground level.
Right now the viewing angel is hovering in the air, so say if i were looking directly over the shoulders of the characters in your environs, I would relate to those elements in the distance as a viewer involved in the picture. Just a compositional thing to consider.

Colour is on its way for me, I'm consulting Harold Speed on that one at the mo haha
