Nice enviro's. May I suggest using a French curve for similar perspectives? It will look much tidier, like your other enviro's you did with a ruler. Cool sketches and potraits by the way.

Yeah, those enviroments are nice, I should do more of them really. I like the range of heads and expressions in your sketches. Keep it up!

You have a great sense of perspective dude, your environments are totally ass-kicking. Don't like the japaneese dude though. Focus on environments, thats what you do best.

Last two are lovely , nice color scheme.

In some pencils the shading could need some improvement, e.g. in the two portraits the shading is entirely top-bottom strokes, try to follow the planes of the body with your strokes unless of course you wanted the shading like this.

Keep it up, i really like your colors

Like everyone else said, the perspective drawings are great. I'd like to see you do something like that in color -- it'd probably be awesome. That female portrait from ref is really nice, too.

    ped454 Thank you
AnthonyFoti haha! someone noticed the Batamn. thanks
funfetus Todays update is my first full colour enviroment and full 'finished' piece!

I had done this drawing at the beginning of the year, just got around to colouring it now! :o I needed something to do since I've had a week off playing halo 3. Damn video games!

here's the lines with a little cleaning up, paper got really messy because the ruler kept smudging the lines.

Man, that environment is great! Stuff like that scares the crap out of me. I want to start drawing comics, and that kind of thing is what I dread the most. How long did it take? The colored version is so good. It looks HAPPY.

Keep it up, man -- great work.

Thank you for the comment in my SB, really appreciate it.
Your environments are really looking good, and the colors too (like in that last one). Love the character designs too, real nice!
the pencil rendering are nice (the portrait for example) but I think we can see the pencil strokes too much (in the neck and cheek areas). Maybe try to blend more?
anyways, great stuff, you, are definitely in the right direction

funfetus Cheers dude, that image took a couple days, mainly because I was using a mouse
ped454 Cheers! Fish eye was a guess (a wonky guess at that) just curved all the lines lol
    AmontilladoAg Thanks for stopping by
Tigermilk Thanks (great sketchbook by the way)
SeB C BiEn No problem Seb, you're improving at an incredible rate . My pencil rendering sucks I see people using awesome cross hatch style and I wish I could do that
    toubab Thanks dude!
Arekkusu Thanks for the comment! Your sketch book is great, robot love
Unedibleapple Update now! When is your next update, huh???

Been lazy (no surprise there) so I thought I'd finally have a go at painting an environment without lines (the pic with the cave entrance) and realized I can't paint rocks/rocky environments, so I did a few studies, and...I need to do a load more!

Went through Idiot Apathy's sketchbook again for inspiration, check it out if you haven't already, you will say 'wow'.

next update will hopefully be some colour characters...maybe...
