Anyone here speak Korean?

I've been trying to figure out this tutorial by Alien1452 but.. it is all hand written in Korean (i think) and despite the use of pictures, i can't figure out how he made his brush or how he uses it. Anyone able to make out what he is getting at in this tutorial?

Judging from the pics it's about the F-X brushes in painter, fire and glow are default brushes

Hmm, i'm going to have to play with them. It almost looks like he mixed the two brushes together somehow. Curses.. if only i could read korean.

Hmm, you need to be able to read Hangul, if I remember correctly, that's what the Korean language is called when it's written, or perhaps its the other way around (Hangul when spoken, Korean when written). I dunno.
