Question USB the way to go?

Was wondering if it is best to get the USB version of Wacom tablets, for working with Painter/Photoshop/other Corel products. Thanks for any suggestions!

    Hi Solidarnosi,

If you mean a USB versus a serial intrface, then I'd certainly go for the USB version. As I understand it, USB has a faster data transfer rate and is also hot plugable. You may need a powered USB hub though to interface with the tablet due to the tablet's power consumption, but those are relatively inexpensive these days.
