Sketchbook moved, see inside for detials

Moving becasue I got in trouble for using too much bandwidth on the school servers by hosting all of my sketchbook images from it so instead of going back and fixing every damn link I'm just starting fresh.

Y'know, i think that that top one is very successful because I instantly felt a little agitated with all that red. I guess it's true what they say about color. Post some more, figure studies and such.

@madplanet and zebfree: I don't have any figure studies as of yet, I'm taking all technichal and design drawing classes at the moment and can't put those studies up becasue of lack of a scanner, but when I do have some figure studies I'll be sure to post them.

@shyamshriram: thanks, it was a speedpaint so not a whole lot of time went into it, but I"m glad you liked it.

Ok big update, I got some scanner time in the computer lab today and got a good amount of my first quarter design drawing class sketches scanned, most of these are on newsprint and in some cases it wouldn't entirley fit in the 12x18" scanner so they're cut off. Most are basic volumes or drawing exercizes, most of the writing on the drawings is my teacher's.

I'd have to agree, that you have a way with color. Even thought that last one has a very limited palette, it works for you. You're showing some imagination, too.

some people call it imagination, I like to call it frustration with drawing from observation, but thanks anyway.

EDIT: today's DSG before I hit the sack

The studies you've done which consentrate on form and volume are really good. They show a lot of confidence. The lines are smooth and long.

Work from your imagination is a bit more sketch. Try to draw big so you filling the page. You will be able to draw in longer sweeps and keep the lines smoother.

just some advice . Keep it up man, your doing good
