Here's some space craft designs that I came up with in Photoshop, really roughly done. and recently I decided to study Kekai kotaki's art style and try my hand at it
so here are some of those studies(some wips too)

Good to see you back Razen. Nice work.
Thank you Mila, I have got some updates today, do let me know what you think of them
and yea, they are all Copic stuff, and not heavily rendered
Some very solid works here, really enjoy your creature designs especially. As for critiques, I would say try to find a more well balanced mid-tone when painting (calibrating your monitor can make this easier if you haven't already done so). Keep up the hard work.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting in my sketchbook thread. You've done some great stuff in alchemy as well. I'll have to actually take some of mine to the next level in photoshop as you've done. I need to study anatomy as well as ploting things in perspective in general I struggle with vechicles and environments. I just need to work in general lol but I work in a 3m plant and it kinda just sucks the inspiration out of you lol. Checking out your sketch book among others sure does help though.
Check out my SKETCHBOOK!
Good stuff man. I remember seeing your blog some 3-4 years back. Especially the creatures and one portrait of you as wolverine haha. You were the only indian artist i knew who did cool stuff. Looks like you have been here for a while and now posting back again! Cool stuff man. I like your style. Keep them coming![]()

today's art update, I guess I've uploaded way too many copic sketches..
will try coming up with some digital stuff soon
@sin eater - thanks dude, how long was it when you had gone through my blog ? and you've got some really good work yourself
@cgaddict - thank you againbut could you elaborate on what you meant ? I am a little confused

Namaste! Aap kaise hai?Cool stuff in here, I especially like the sky studies (I'm actually in love with well coloured skies including epic clouds ^^), would like to see more of those ... the monster-singer made me smile
bet the idea of giving him a mic came up afterwards didn't it ^^?
Are you referring to the monitor calibration? It basically means adjusting the monitor's brightness and contrast to ensure you get the best possible picture quality. There's places online you can get directions for free, but it's best to use a monitor calibration software, I believe it's called 'spider'. This will greatly benefit any digital painter as well, since their values and colors will be much more accurate as a result.
Damn, you're rocking those copic markers. I tried them myselves several years ago. Lots of fun.
Keep doing what you're doing !
Hi lord regenschirm, I am doing good, will do more of the sky studies that you like soon, even I miss making them. and yes the mic did come last along with the orchestra
@cgaddict- I actually bought a new dell ultrasharp U2410 which says that is precaliberated, and yea I did use some really crappy monitors before this, any idea about the ultrasharp series?
@Mila- thanks dude, will keep em coming so stay tuned
and here's a new scrap work I did today while I was bored, let me know what you guys think of it. Thanks !![]()
Love the frequent updates and all the kick ass artwork!![]()
O and the latest update. Medieval stuff yay!! XD I thought the armor plate on its right shoulder looked somewhat unfinished compared to the rest of it.
Hope to see more art over the weekend![]()
me proud of u ^_^
Sounds like you have a sick monitor, so I forget about what I said previously (high end monitors tend to be properly calibrated from the get go!) so you should be fine.Your new piece looks great, solid character design and great use of lighting. That armor is amazing!
Okay so I have made a funny comic based on my last rough,
and another sketch that I worked on today
Do let me know what you guys think.
and thanks cgaddict, I'l try to make some more interesting stuff, hopefully soon
HeyyeThe mermaid's coming out great! I just noticed that the colored version has a somewhat curly tail fin too xD hehe.. Love the lighting in it, just wish I get to see a finished piece someday

Very Cool Sketchbook! Alchemy really is a idea generator and i been using it
too so keep these up bro.
thanks sherry, and thanks xartkingx, haven't touched alchemy in a very long time now,
have there been any new releases in alchemy?
some new updates.
I tried some experiments with this new brush that I found out and also experimented on Darren Yeow's art style (not copying him, but like his art style)
not so happy with them though![]()
