Chips; My social life breathing? Hahaha, that bitch has been without air for quite some time now. Mahahaha. ;P
Dile_; Thaaanks! I'll definitely try not to
Yor; Ah man, coming from you, means a lot. I love your work.
    LtPlissken; Surely. Thanks man
    htkpeh; Thanks a ton mate!
    Kungfoowiz; Cheers
Ramalooke; Thanks man, was totally going for a grungy mood.

Heey people. So i've been working pretty hard lately, not posting much here on CA though, so here's a dump of digitals and maybe.. one traditional I believe. I have about a moleskine and a half of stuff I want to share but the quality of my cell phone pics is just such shit that I don't even want too.

Thanks a ton for the comments and critiques though, makes me want to work harder .

I'm kind of maybe starting to actually like some of my own work.. bad.. gotta work on that.

Also, I'm not on my own PC so i'm downloading all these pics of my own facebook so the quality might be absolute shit, I can't even tell with this monitor.

Edit; Ooh a new page, fancy stuff.

Best update yet, by far. It's super obvious you're improving in all fields.
Put a little study into character balance, pay attention to how the hips and the shoulders pivot around the spine. And like I said on Skype, lighting and form!
Keep at it man, you're motivation is inspiring.

Chips; Fuck yeah man. I'm glad I can inspire, got something I need to show you on skype later by the way.
    lancer_idenoure; Thaanks man!
    SMILEFACE; YEEAH

So the quality was shit, like I suspected. I put another 40-60 minutes into this one and I'm uploading a 100% as well so the details don't go to waste.

The colors are dope on the last one and the design is creepy but it feels like your avoiding rendering out feet! Don't be afraid to face your fears!

Gonna try to update this shit a bit more.. consistently now that I'm on summer break from school and have all the time in the world. So the bottom one is essentially an illustration i'm making because I wanted to slap a bunch of fucking textures everywhere for fun, and perspective practice. The top one is something quick I did for fun last night, unreffed so it's a piece of shit.

All the waiting and the bunch of patience is coming down to this
one punch, to this one pinch point of accuracy. You are doing it
and you are bringing it, fascinating ideas combined with magnificent
lighting and majestic excellence. This is the age of your cold breeze
of freeze, just look at this last unreffed corridor masterpiece, the
blood started to flow as soon as he hit the floor. The need to shit
right now is a blast of sudden refreshing experience which will flow
through beyond our current vein tolerance. The expression is precious
and worth more than a thousand roses in the hot desert consistence.
Figher, Demolitioneer and Berserker concepts are a top notch always
watchable very quality deliverance. You and Marco Polo could do it
beyond good. Actually you can do it on your own, but Polo would serve
just as a sidekick to skyrocket you beyond imaginable limits. Burn
some violence and gasoline, you cast a barn burner half roasted
big banged action. I was always admire people and artist they
type you are. Your things are verified and certified, you
are ready to leave the base and to fly now. High.

    Kevin_; thanks man!

There's something very enjoyable about self portraits, not sure what.
And there's something really painful about it and that's staring at your own face.
Did a comparison "meme" thing that's been passing around DA as well, pretty fun stuff.

So.. my excuse for not posting is that my cat died, it took it's toll.

I have to agree with them... It's a massive improvement especially in your self portraits.

Your latest self portrait is a bit too reddish for my taste though. But that's just me nitpicking. Otherwise, great job!

Man I wish I could paint a self-portrait like that when I was 15, excellent work!
It does need more play between warm and cold colours, but I struggle with that too.
    Keep at it

excellent sketchbook my friend! huge improvement
i think your anatomy skills would really be complimented by doing some studyies of form. these can be in b&w, the goal is to visualize objects as 3 dimensional and draw them with that info in mind. find relatively simple but interestingly shaped objects and practice creating their form from different angles
reason i say this is you are getting some nice lines on your figures, but the shading of the form doesn't feel complete
keep up the good work man, you are cookin

Thanks for the vote on the Teen Challenge man, I saw your post and just did a mental victory dance. You have no idea how many kudo points you just earned, aha.

Anyways, this sketchbook is fabulous. Flipped through the pages last night, pretty rad stuff. It's inspiring to see someone else who's young on here too, now I have the urge to revive my own horribly short-lived sketchbook.
    Thanks again!

    Thanks everyone!

Been under some stress and stuff lately so not very productive.

I took it upon myself to study more anatomy though, so I'm doing 100 arms.
    currently at 52.

Oh and I turned 16 on the 19th. Gotta work harder..
