These are pretty good, but it seems like there aren't enough inbetweens. You should take a look at the Animator's Survival Kit, it's really helpful for anyone that wants to get into animation.

I cannot animate to any degree currently, so take what I say with that in mind. I think something that might help alleviate the "awkwardness" of that walk is that for how long his strides are there isn't much motion being shown in the hips/torso, so it seems rather stiff.

Man, I worded that really, really bad.
