Compositionally, she's looking off the page, and a prominent edge also leads us off the right side of the picture. There is a curve lower down that can help bring us back, but it's not as prominent as the cues leading us off the left.
I'd have the hanging cable in the upper left break the curve of the vehicle - it'll help with depth and also break up the movement to the left.
Why is she smoking an unlit cigarette?
I think the picture is too wide - I'd crop it so that it ends just before or just after the "E" in "consume." There's not much interesting going on over there anyway.
I love the rendering so far and am jealous.![]()
Take a look at my series of in-depth critiques, like this one of Salvador Dali's hidden portrait of Lincoln.

Hey thanks scottmcd. I will definitely take everything you said into consideration, and was thinking the same thing about the cable.
The cigarette just looks unlit. She is in the processes of flicking it. I will accentuate the ashes on the end and add some smoke.
minchia!
grat work![]()
i really like this picture. colors, textures, composing and lighting are all looking okay to me. the only thing i would consider are the cables – 1. they are running directly into the corner on both sides 2. the left cable has a tangency to the spaceship – it looks attached now. otherwise - great work!
