couldn't stop before I was at a loss of what to add so maybe finished now. \;D/
Didn't think I'd pull something in colour off but it seems I've finally gotten solid footing in painting... at long last.
lol I said it'd be mucha wankery...

oh... I know... since I am kind of inspired by seapunk (google seapunk and you'll find a doublepic image of a photomodel you'll recognise the hair style and colour from and google "are you elovetric" and you'll see what that stuff around her eyes is supposed to be if not obvious.
seapunk just amuses me to no end... don't know if I love it or find it hilariously funny. but anyway therefore I think I'll scour google for seapunk visual trends that would fit the CHoW description... I feel my entry is weak in conforming with the rules...? may have to change that and then done!

Nim. I googled seapunk. It's fuckin awesome.
That thing about the rules. I think combining a theme like fantasy and contemporary fashion-trends isn't considered rule breaking. Not in my book at least. As long as the main element, in this case fantasy, is obvious.

I threw down a color baseline and started rendering it out. Probably gonna tweak the positioning of the mask as it's bugging me atm. =/

I spent the better half of today trying to get a timelapse progression vid of this piece to export. Turns out, Quicktime is a douche. I'll have to upload the vid later.
