    need some help

I made this warrior sketch a week ago... I am new here and I would like to get some critiques becouse I've decide to push myself as much as I can to become a concept artist.
I am at the beginning of my journey and sometimes I feel a little bit confused... so I really would like to share my art here in order to receive some advices and to understand if I am on the right way.

The waaaay most troubling thing to me is that the eye sockets has absolutely nothing to do with each other. The empty one is normal, the closer one is elongated and the eye isn't in the right place at all.

Also the white outline on the left REALLY kills the 3-Dimensional form

You need to construct the whole head as a three-dimensional solid. Start with the basic forms and axes of the face. Then you can construct everything around that and it won't be so flat, and you won't get weird distortions. And that will also make it very easy to light. Just decide what directions the light sources are coming from, and render the planes facing the light the brightest, etc.
