    mojo so dope!!! (a 13 year old girl with a sketchbook)

    hi, i'm RINA!!
    it's july sixth, 2012 over here, and uh, obviously, i'm thirteen years old. and i've always liked drawing, i mean what thirteen year old doesn't when there are sites like deviantart and elfwood to pat your butt and uh, not really help? and i do want to change that. i love drawing and uh GOSH there's still a helluvalot for me to learn.... but i do want to!!

    first off, my scanner's reaaaally awful so i do apologize for awful picture quality-- i'm making do with whatever


    aaaand here we go...

    (PSSSS i live for crit so pleaaase don't be afraid to go hard on me oh my god..)

    you've got talent! remember to do lots of research, find things you like on the internet and in museums or wherever, and examine how the creator did what they did. itll totally help your own work. good luck and keep posting!

    Only suggestion, you might want to link your sketchbook in your signature so that people can look in on ya every once in a while. (shrug) You might get more crits and comments that way. Anyway, Cheers!

    hy, how are you, yeah thank^^, i draw all day, my level increase is rather quickly, i can you give councils if you want, you will, fact much of observation, self-portrait, hands, portait, landscapes, draw all day, you have understand how to draw a face, but you do not draw volume, i will show you if you want, in 2 years you will be strong^^

    You've got a nice eye for line and a nice style started. I'd like to see you work on anatomy so your images only go flat where you want them to.

    You have done some, but I'd really like to see you do studies/gestures off nudes. It really helps to understand how the body under the fabric works. Especially looks at breasts--they're tricky and make a huge difference when done right. Also really think about the curve of the spine and where the weight of the body is.

    Thank you!! ive been also working on gestures and such but i look at bridgman and loomis' figure drawing books for anatomy help-- i'm working in it, haha and oh, gosh, breasts are uh... fun to draw but hard to get right. i should probably work on nudes more
