I scrapped that old concept in favor of this one. The pose is a bit bland, but Im trying to show off the character, so I ran with it.

More in the works work! This time, a zombie portrait. The idea behind it is that it's some kind of brain parasite, so I'm working it toward that end. I'm thinking about bulging out some veins, adding some purples, etc :3

Version 2 of that zombie portrait, still in progress! I want to introduce more flesh tone into it without ruining the modeling I've already done.. and I'm not sure how.

I've been drafting up some concepts for a group project at my school. I think there's some bit of lighting I don't understand, that industrial design people seem to have down cold.

It was very excellent watching your drawings improve throughout the pages of your thread. Very inspiring stuff, beautiful beautiful work being done on your part! Keep it up! Excellent studies, etc. Go go go, not too fast though! Enjoy it.

I suck at complicated stuff, foliage and impressionistism in general. Thus... I started a study that's slowly killing me. I'm still noodling with it, but I've hit a bit of a speedbump here.

Lot of experimenting in this part. Made a new leaf brush, toyed around with things here and there. It's still a hot mess, but at least now it isn't COMPLETELY radioactive.

Hey all! I've been busy with a lot of things, in particular, I'm trying to learn oil paints. My goal is to start doing some Alla Prima painting, as I think it'd improve my concept art work. This is my first attempt at oil...ever! Sorry for the crappy photography.

Ok, here are the colors. Man.. finding a realistic skin tone with or without the coloring method I used is difficult. That said.. some of it looked kinda good so I just left it there. ONWARD TO MOAR

nice, i like your style it reminds me of background paintings for 2d animation, but in a good way.keep up the good work dude, really like the one with the pink trees.
