Digital painting for dummies?

Hi guys,

I'm new on this forum, and I really want to get into digital painting. I've been painting with pen and paper for quite some time, but I've recently purchased a wacom tablet.

So anyway, I've checked out a couple of tutorials on this subforum, but alot of them seem really hard to do. I was wondering if there are any beginner-tutorials, that show you step-by-step how to get started, how to do the colouring, etc?

If there's anyone that could provide me with a good link, I'd very much appreciate it! Or if someone could give me some assignments to practice with or something
