Hello there!

After lurking around a while, I finally found the courage to open my own sketchbook here.

I think that conceptart is the right environment for me, that can help me grow, because sitting all day long alone with my stuff, feels incestuous in some way... xD

Since I have a fulltime job to pay my bills, which costs me about 11 hours a day, it's sometimes really hard to motivate myself to do stuff after work, when I'm tired and annoyed.
But I wanne improve and become proud of myself, finding a better art-related-job. So, here we go.
I definitively need to work on my basics.. anatomie, colour, lighting.. I neglected this stuff for a while..
So when my printer wanne work again, I'll scan some sketchbook stuff.


I'm very thankful for every hint and critique!

Hah welcome to the group! I love the style you have developed! Its really great! You also sound like many who are uncomfortable on here but there are many subpar books out there (mine above all!).
Anyways surprised nobody commented on this yet! Its good to know that you are hungry enough to eat up foundations to death

your words are very true, beside the style-part, because I don't feel that I have a "style" but I think thats a general issue^^
books.. ya, I love books, got many many artbooks myself and love them all
