Need a mentor and study group

I'm looking for ways to structure the learning process. I'd like both a mentor and study group. Or if anybody wants to create a study group with me that would work too.

The big picture is a career in illustration, maybe in comics/graphic novels. But I don't know what the future holds, I just know I want it to involve drawin
