    Portfolio- Stuart DeViva

Hey guys, Stuart Deviva here. My goals as an artist are to break into the industry as a concept artist/illustrator and work my way up to the top! I'm currently 21 years old in my last year at the University of North Florida getting a BFA in drawing and painting.

I have a quick question I would like you guys to think about when viewing my portfolio if that's ok. My mother wants me to continue my schooling. I'm not sure if I need more school, to be quite honest. Do I really need it? Or can I just continue on my current path and get into the industry just as quickly? I'm pretty undecided upon my fence. Maybe you guys could help!
If I could get a TAD scholarship, I would not think of turning it down!

Hey Stuart...you know, it's one of those things that depends on your goals. Since you're aspiring to be a kick ass concept guy...go to a kick ass concept school. And then, you know, kick ass in it. Research which ones seem to have the program most in line with your ambitions...and don't look back.
    What would Caravaggio do?

Jeff, you always know whats up man! I'm definitely keeping my options open. ^_^

@Eddy- Thanks man! I'm becoming more and more aware of how seemingly lucky I am to be where I am as I chat with fellow artists around the world.

your work seems to be very different mediums, although thats probably on purpose to show us all your sides, i think you need to buckle down and limit yourself to a particular look or just pump out some higher quality work- as much as i admire your work currently, i think it could take that next step towards greatness, which will come from even more hours and dedication- something you may or may not need school for, thats upto you!
