Hi all,

I can't help sketching due to the bizarreness of the topic idk if i can finish though, but I'll try my best.

Here's my take:

I think I'll pick the largest one on the right side.... but nothing is fix atm. now, onto the hard part... costume

@ Thcuk, I agree, I like your second set of colors too. I really like the pale orange you have on her torso and think you should use a bit more of that. It makes her pop a bit more.

@ Vyse, I know what you mean. xD It's my first week too and I was mostly focused on finishing. Still, I'm proud of what I've got, humanoid or not. I like what you're doing with the tentacle hair, but make you could do something with the legs too, give her body a bit more alien interest. c:

Hey guys, First CHOW in ages...
I'm just consolidating my ideas. Still trying to figure out the ratio of human to alien. Not too creepy, not too boring.. Still deciding on a final pose too.

So its my first time ever submitting anything here, and I'm very new on these forums. (I've been kind of an art hermit as of late, keeping all my sketches and final pieces for my eyes only.) But seeing all the amazing artists, and the dynamic between users here, as well as this awesome community activities section, has really inspired me and I figured I could benefit from opening up a bit more, getting some CC, and interacting with other artists on a regular basis.
Anyway, I'm sorry if I rambled! Here's a very rough sketch for this week's CHOW. I know its cutting it close but I should have enough time to submit a final before the deadline...we shall see

tchuk-Thanks! I think you're right. The costuming is so traditional that it's reading a little "halloween". I'll admit that sci-fi is a bit of a weakness for me, but it's definitely something I want to get better at.
